Using Filters In Reservations

The filter functionality in Reservations makes it easy to find reservations that meet certain conditions. This is particularly useful for analysis and reporting. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to access and use filters in reservations.

To access filters on the Reservations page, click on the filter button at the top of the screen.

In the ensuing dropdown, you will be able to select what conditions you want to filter by across status, date and destination. check/uncheck the values you want to be visible.
 If you select multiple values within the same field (e.g. both in-progress and draft statuses), those values are treated with an OR operator i.e. all reservations that meet either condition will be displayed.
If you select values in multiple fields (e.g. in-progress status and dates starting on April 30 2024), those values are treated with an AND operator i.e. only reservations that meet both conditions will be displayed.
You can clear your filters by opening the filter config and clicking clear all in the bottom right corner.
