Managing Notification Settings
As a Beam user you will receive email notifications based on specific events that occur inside the platform, these event notifications can be configured based on your team needs individually. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to manage your notification settings.
Accessing Notification Settings
Notification settings can be found in the configuration menu of your Beam workspace. To access the configuration menu, click on Configuration in the navigation menu
Once on the configuration page, click on Notifications from the menu options:
Inside the Notifications page, you will be presented with a list of all the events that occur in the platform. These notifications are organized by the module they correspond with (e.g. all notifications related to the tasks module are grouped together). Within these categorizations, notifications are further categorized into sub-categories.
Configuring Notification Settings
You can select to be notified for by selecting or deselecting the checkbox at the far right of the row,
You can also click on ‘Unselect all’, this will deselect all related notifications for the event.
